Our reception is occupied from 8.00 a.m. – 7.00 pm.

Are prepared for you in the room (only for adults). We thank you for your appreciation that these usually are not changed during your stay. You get bath shoes at the reception for free.

We prefer cash payment or maestro card, but we also accept VISA or MASTERCARD.

Books/magazines/games – you can find this next to the reception.

We would like to point out that our dining room is pet free!)

• Breakfast: 7.30 a.m. – 10.00 a.m. (We kindly ask you not to take food with you when leaving the dining. Otherwise we must ask you to pay for this!)
• Afternoon-Snack: 3.00 p.m. – 5.00 p.m. (only with half board from SKI FREE – December to SUN FREE – April)
• Dinner: 6.00 p.m. – 8.00 p.m.

You can order drinks and pay them with your invoice. At the breakfast you will receive the list with the drinks for your signature.

Our guest have free entry to the indoor swimming pool in the Quellalpin in Wintertime, 50 % reduced entry in Summertime (during their stay, with guest card or Summercard).

Our hotel bar is open until 11 p.m.

You will find useful information of the Kaunertal in the information channel such as current events, opening hours, etc.

 Information and price for the “Kaunertaler Bergfreiheit”  receive you at the reception!

The way from Feichten to the entry station of the Kaunertaler glacier tracks (Ochsenalmbahn) is 18 kilometers. You have the possibility to take the free bus or your own car to get there.

• Winter: With a valid lift pass the toll-charge is free.
• Summer: With the Summercard GOLD or Gletscherparkcard the toll-charge is free.

You can find our small children’s play area in the basement. Please do not leave your children unattended.

We ask you for registration till 5 p.m. a day before at the reception.

Our hotel is a NON SMOKING house

You have to pay the local tax in cash at the reception.

The rooms are available for you until 10 a.m. on your day of departure. If you check out later, one another day will be charged.

The Summercard is free. Information and price for the Summercard GOLF receive you at the reception!

Are in the room. We would like to ask you to take the used sauna towels back to the room, otherwise these will not be exchanged.

The room key matches also at the front door. Please take this along if you are going out in the evening.

The glacier lift pass is valid in addition in the nearby winter skiing area Fendels during the winter months. You can reach the station in about 20 min. with ski bus or your car.

The stop is at the lower parking place.

The ski room is located in the rear parking lot next to the hotel.
You can open the depot with your keycard or the blue chip, that´s with your room key.
Please always close the door after use.

You get the following lift tickets at the Reception (for cash):

2 in 3 days, 3 in 4 days, 4 in 5 days, 5 in 6 days and 6 in 7 days.

You find the prices on the current price list of the Kaunertaler cable car company. For child lift passes it is obligate to show an identity card.

You receive information and prices at the reception!

If defects should appear in a room, we ask you to contact us. You help us very much if you express your wishes or complaints at the reception.

If you like to depart before 8.00 a.m., we ask you to pay your invoice on the evening before your departure.

Our sauna area is open daily December till April from 3.00 p.m. until 7.p.m. and May till November from 4.p.m. until 7.p.m (please register at the reception by 3.00 p.m.). We ask you for your understanding that children/teenagers under 16 years are not allowed to entry without adults.

Next to our sauna area you will find a new fitness room, which ist available the whole day. Please inform our reception when you want to use it. Thank you!
