Visitor's tax: from December 1st, 2023 the visitor`s tax is € 3.50 per person

Surcharge for double room standard with single occupancy: 

• Low season + Euro 55.00 per person and day
• High season + Euro 65.00 per person and day

Pets without food: Small dogs are accepted by prior arrangement - fee € 18.00 per day (until 30.9.2024). Fee from 1.10.2024 without food: € 25,00 per pet and day.
We would like to point out that pets are not allowed in the large dining room. On request, meals can be taken in one of the adjoining rooms, where dogs are allowed. The dog owner is liable for any damage. Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the new rooms.

Short stay: For a stay we ask for a surcharge.

4 - 9 years: 50%
10 - 15 years: 30%
ab 16 years: 20%

So that you can book without any worries, we do not require a deposit in the 2023/24 winter season.

We also offer free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival;
Otherwise, the regulations according to Austrian hotel contract conditions apply:
If you cancel up to 31 days before the start of your holiday, we charge 40% of the total price.
If you cancel up to 8 days before the start of your holiday, we charge 70% of the total price.
If you cancel within the last 7 days before the start of your holiday, we charge 90% of the total price.
In the case of late arrival or early departure, we also charge 90% of the total price.
In any case, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung

• children up to 7,9 years old (2016 and younger) can get the Bambini free ski pass when presenting identification.

Rooms are ready from 3pm on the day of arrival. We request that you check out prior to 10am. For later arrivals, early departures, or no-shows, we charge 100% of the hotel price, minus meals. For arrivals after 6pm, please inform us in advance!

If you would like to travel by public transport, we can send you the Summer Card/ Wintertal Card (= guest card) digitally by email as a voucher in advance. This gives you the opportunity to use the public Postbus from Landeck train station to Feichten and back free of charge. For this we ask you to do the online check-in in advance.
